For intact skin, the chances that topical SOD will do much good are not very high, but it is unlikely to make things worse.

These contain nanoparticles. I'd stick with regular ZnO sunblocks until there is more research on safety of zinc nanoparticles.

You can get lycopene separately as a supplement. It is usually very inexpensive. Or from tomato sauce.

Generally, it is believed that it is best not to use retinol just prior to sun exposure. However, if the cream contains UV blockers perhaps that may offset some of that.
