Yes I have used the peel. My skin did feel softer and looked better afterwards but I did not see any improvements regarding my sun spots.

I would recommend a weekly peel but then with only 10% of clycolic peel. This is more gentle for your skin.

Try a daily intake of 1000 mg each for the next 3 months and see if your skin gets better.

I would not recommend to use Botox just yet. You are much too young for that. Use a very good skin regime instead. I would recommend not to start using Botox before you are reaching 40. ...

I would never wash my skin with water only. This is very dehydrating. Use a cleanser. That is much better for your skin.
