If it is tightly closed, stored in a cool, dark, dry place, and remains dry, it can last a long time. At least a year and usualy longer. But if moisture gets in, it will deteriorate much faster.

When you recommend storage in a cool, dry, place, what temperature would be ideal? Is a refrigerator considered dry?
Thank you.

For storing C powder anything below 25 deg. Celsius (Centigrade) will do.
You can also store in the refrigerator.
