im using glutathione from japan and l-cysteine supplements. they are great.
these are tha supplements i use:
ph338 - glutathione for whitening
chocola - l-cysteine to erase spots
vitamin c - to boost glutathione absorption
NAC or n acetyl cysteine - for glowing skin
grapeseed extract - for glowing skin as well
dhc smooth nameraka - contains placenta, collagen, hyaluronic acid, elastin and pueraria mirifica - great for very fine smooth skin
shiseido purewhite - for moisture and minimize pores
meiji amino collagen - for wrinkle protection
lycopene - acts as oral sunblock and for rosy skin as well |
