I have read in several places that it is preferable to use antioxidants in the form of naturally occuring plant oils such as pomegranate seed oil, avocado oil, etc.

Apparently, these sorts of oils are naturally imbued with high levels of multiple antioxidants or vitamins - and this works better than if you were to purchase the various actives separately and try to blend your own - since there may be issues related to their interaction in a blended formulation.

Thoughts? Thank you, BF

The oils would contain only oil-soluble antioxidants if any. Ideally you need both water and oil soluble kinds.
