Hello everyone!!!

I am new here, i am glad that we have a such site where we can discuss skin problems and get suggestions from each other to keep our skins healthier and beautiful.

so...Okay, I have an oily skin, which makes its seem more darker. I just reduced my tea. And have started eating more vegetables and fruits. But I want everyone's suggestions here..
What a want to achieve is to first 'reduce acne' from my skin and secondly to make my skin brighter. So any diet suggestions like fruits vegetables etc..??
And any products which will be good for solving these two problems???

Thankyou very much,
peace,
SilentKing

Hello Silent King!
:) :)To 'reduce acne' from your skin, you should try to drink green coconut water periodically, I mean three times a week. The result will be effective after six months later. Good luck!

To reduce Acne there are a number of home remedies. These are some which gave good results to my friends. Try them.
Extract juice of one lemon and mix with equal quantity of rose water. Apply this mixture on the face and let it stay for about half an hour. Wash with fresh water. Apply for about 15 days helps cure acne, pimples.

Mix mint juice with turmeric powder and apply on affected area. Leave for 15-20 minutes and wash off with lukewarm water.

Apply ripe tomatoes pulp on acne, pimples and keep them for one hour, then wash.
And also i agree with Remigio.
