I purchased the Anti Aging and Skin Rejuvenation info packs, and they are wonderful! I have been successfully using my DIY products, but notice they don't always look great under my sunscreen and makeup (vitamin E and co Q 10 can be a bit oily, etc.) Will I get enough benefit from using antioxidants in the morning around 5am then washing off around 8am then doing sunscreen and makeup?

It's important to look good in the long term, but also important to look my best day to day!

Thanks in advance!
Terri

Keeping it on for 3 hours it is definitely better than doing nothing. How much extra benefit you get for keeping it on a few extra hours is hard to say without a study -- with these particular antioxidants and base.
