Dr. Todorav,
I try my best each day to get all the proper amount of vitamins from food, but in addition I need to get a vitamin C supplement. Which is the best to get 1. vitamin C with bioflavonoids and rose hips
2.vitamin C with rose hips time release
3.vitamin C with bioflavonoids.
Do bioflavonoids really make much of a difference or are bioflavonoids all hype? Thank you.

Whether falvonoids make a difference depends on which flavonoids in particular as well as dosage.
As far as C goes, timed release tends to be better since regular C is flushed out via kidneys rather quickly.
