I was wondering if the Copper in this thermal water has the potential to react with other products to cause any of the negative effects possible in copper peptides? Thanks

Hard to say. It depends on numerous factors, including copper concentration, its chemical state, pH, etc., etc.

just reading the bottle the pH is 7 and for copper it says its <5 ug per liter. I don't imagine it has much copper.

That's quite low -- shouldn't create problems, especially at neutral pH.
