| It depends on the type of Vitamin C used. Niacinamide needs a pH level of 5-7. MAP should work with niacinamide due to the pH level being around 7-8. L-ascorbic acid would not work since the pH is too low and it would be unstable. |

Hi guys,
This is Stephen, I've heard that taking high doses of vitamin c can result to kidney stones to some people. Is this true? |
