lump of fat on right side of cheek??

I have this lump of fat (i think it's fat?) which is about 2cm (0.7 inches) long on the right side of my cheek, just below my under eye area. I'm not sure where it's from but it's only appeared in the last couple of months and the place where it's positioned makes my dark circles look much worse. Why is it only one side of my face? Could it be cancer?

The lump is squishy to touch but has a definate outline as I move it around. It's not discoloured, although it does seem to stay red and inflammed longer if I remove a pimple from the area. You definately notice it under certain lighting.

Any suggestions or help (I realise it's difficult to tell without actually seeing it).

It is not necessarily just a lump of fat even if it feels that ways. It doesn't sound like cancer but regardless you should see a dermatologist.

I am 13 years old and i was riding my bmx bike and fell realLy hard on my face and scraped off my eyebrow and on the right side of my face under my eye is a lump. The docter says it is either fat or i fractured my skull. And if i did fracture it then i need very expensive plastic surgery. My family doesnt have enough money. The lump is always very painful and i am wondering what you guys think it is. And will my eyebrow grow back if it is all scar tissue?
