Lasers to remove small red veins and sun spots

I have a couple of small red veins I wish to remove along with a number of freckles/sun spots off my arms and neck from when I was younger, however am anxious that where I live there are no cosmetic dermatologists. Meaning the only people using the lasers are trained staff, not actual skin specialists.

Should I be concerned about this?

Moreover, if I were to enquire as to what lasers that would use would you be able to give me your thoughts? I've read the articles covering various types of lasers however am not confident enough to make the call on which is best.

Several types of lasers as well as IPL can be used to remove minor spider veins or freckles/sun spots. (See smartskincare.com/treatments/noninvasive/ as to what each specific type is for).

Just keep in mind that any laser (as well as IPL) is a high energy device that in inexperienced hands can do more harm than good.
