herpes mark

two months back I got attacked by herpes on my left cheek the pain and pimples are reduced in a week but there is mark at the place of pimple I feel it may reduce after some days but stil it's there is that herpes leaves permanent mark on face?

As far as I know, it is relatively uncommon for herpes to leave permanent marks, but it can happen. The risk is probably reduced if antiviral therapy is initiated at the very start of the outbreak. This is something you need to discuss with your dermatologist.
