Hi again,
I've read most of Dr. Todorov's website, and no where did I find any mention of serums. Yet there are a lot of serums commercialized out there.
Does anyone have any experience to share about the virtues of this type of product...
How is a serum different from a moisturizing cream?
How do you incorporate it into your daily routine?
Thanks! |

| Hi ... I think serums are good for mature skins. They deliver a more concentrated amount of product ...however, they are gloopy and can leave your skin a bit like an oil slick if you overdo it! I think they are best used as an occasional 'treat' for your skin, say once or twice a week. Helen allgrownup.co |

Facial serums are created to add extra nutrients to the skin. This is due to the fact that facial serums contain anywhere from 10% to 70% active ingredients, whereas most facial moisturizers and lotions usually contain less than 10%.
There are different types of serums. There are skin tightening serums that you might use around or under the eye area to tighten up skin. There are Vitamin C serums that add antioxidants to the skin just to name a few. |

| Generally the purpose of a serum is to deliver higher concentrations of a particular ingredient(s) into the skin (down to the dermis) |
