Making the right diet choices can absolutely help reduce and control rosacea skin. You need to include seeds, nuts, whole grains, plenty of fresh vegetables and fruits in your diet. Berries can also help reduce its redness. Also, it is best to limit your caffeine and alcohol intake, avoid spicy foods and avoid exposure to extreme temperatures.

Yes indeed, there is. Avoid anything that’s overtly spicy and hot or extremely chilled. They are triggers that can aggravate the symptoms of rosacea. Eat healthy food that are fresh and from an organic source. It is also important to stop smoking and avoid beverages that have high alcohol content. Caffeine must also be avoided as it is also regarded as a rosacea symptoms trigger.

To treat rosacea skin, you must follow the anti-inflammatory diet-
High-quality protein, that found in fish, shellfish, Low-glycemic carbohydrates, 6 – 8 cups of water daily, Green tea, omega-3 fatty acids such as Salmon. Hope this would help you.
