When a woman enters her 40s, skin changes be more noticeable in the mirror. Fine lines will sneak up, drier skin increases, and skin may begin to sag. The skincare routine she been on her 30s for both morning and night could possibly not meet her needs today.

That is why you need to make some simple changes on your habits to prevent further fine lines, wrinkles and dry skin as well as getting rid of those which are already present on your skin. Drink plenty of water, eat foods that contain anti-aging properties, get enough sleep, manage stress, don't smoke, use beauty products with care and always protect your skin from the sun. Additionally, consider taking anti-aging supplements.

I would add to the point you made about supplements. Make sure it has antioxidants. Anything else is an utter waste of time and is likely re-packaged vaseline.

I personally use Tru Visage as my anti aging skincare product. Technically, it also reduces wrinkles, so I guess you can also call tru visage a wrinkle remover as well. Anyway, something like Tru Visage should be applied twice a day once in the morning and once before bed. I personally have used it for the past year and had noticeable results (less wrinkles!) after a few days of usage. You can read a review of Tru Visage here: bit.ly/1xedlYN

crossing the age of 40's skin tends to sag and to avoid this simple changes in the habits will work to some extent but do not make a huge difference... however something referred stem cells can be considered...

Hey! thanks for sharing your opinion.
you should maintain your health, skin from early age like 15s. For a good skin drink proper water, eat fruits like water-melon, cucumber, musk-melon etc. After 40's apply anti aging cream, which help to show less age, with charming on skin.

Antioxidants though is good to reduce the wrinkles, but it hurt the skin.

And what we now do is to reduce anxiety and second to use some Antioxidants to improve the skin, thirdly massage the face area everyday which can stimulate the skin and accelerate the circulation of the blood. Or you can use our RF machine to care for your skin.
Fourthly have health diet and good sleep.
For these you will reduce your wrinkle soon.

Weird thread but if I could talk to someone about protocol by or before 40 I would say also antioxidents...a good vitamin c serum...microneedling.
I barely got lines or wrinkles...but sag begins.
Take care of that jawline and upper eyelids with either face exercises or microcurrent. And don't neglect the neck and hands. Wear sunscreen there too... and include the neck with all the serums to stimulate collagen.

The skin care products that I have been using so far are such as booster, toner, emulsion, and moisturizing cream. I thought that they are enough for my skin care, however, I saw that I have some wrinkles around my eyes, and I can feel that my skin seems to be losing its elasticity. Should I start using some kinds of anti-aging product? what kinds of products are you using? Is there any good products that is not that expensive so that I can try?

Sleep well, drink lot of water to keep skin hydrated, avoid direct sun, always wear sunscreen, use anti-aging moisturizer or serum that contain antioxidants, face mask periodically. I have fine lines and dry skin, For skincare routine, I have been trying many brands, some of them are expensive. My friend recommend me a natural anti-aging product that contain curcumin longa (turmeric extract), it has anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory and disinfecting properties. After using I can notice the good result on the first week.

The 40s tend to be when the signs of aging become hard to ignore as wrinkles grow more pronounced and fine lines start being tricky to look away from. There are numerous products available that can serve as a cover and give the illusion of wrinkle-free skin, but far fewer actually try and solve the problem directly. This is why platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy for the skin is so useful—it enriches and restores the skin rather than being a cheap filler or cosmetic solution.

Be happy to if you want to look young. I know sounds stupid but it is fact that the modern life has too much stress. It is really hard to keep happy we are not relax.

As a man, I've always been conscious of my skin care since I was a teenager. And now at the age of 57 many people comment on my youthful looks without wrinkles. I can contribute it to keep my face clean and using moisturizer on a daily basis. I've been using Clinique for Men and it works wonders. For the best result go into your major department store and get your skin tested. The consultant will inform you of the right product. My whole family swears by it. Just started my 13 year old daughter on it.
