What are these little bumps?

I started a new skin care regime over the past month or two. I’m now double cleansing in the evening with an oil cleanser (simple brand) and then following with Mario Badescu Enzyme Cleansing Gel. I’m using The Ordinary’s Hylauronic Acid before or after their Niacinamide and Lactic Acid 10% (switching every other night- originally was doing both every night and the Niacinamide in the morning too but it seemed to be too much and I was having a lot of pilling especially in the morning). Then sometimes follow up with a simple neutrogena oil free moisturizer. In the morning I wash with water or use Mario Badescu again, followed with neutragena naturals moisturizer with mineral spf. The ordinary products and the oil cleanser are the new things I’ve introduced. I’ve been breaking out but only on my chin (where I typically get pimples) so I’m hoping it’s just still purging since I started the LA. But this cluster of small bumps appeared on my chin just a week or so ago. They don’t seem like an allergic reaction as they’re not itchy or particularly red. And then don’t seem to be like pimples I’ve had in the past with like a whitehead. Not sure what’s causing them or how to get rid of them!
