I believe I have dermatits. The T-zone is very dry and flakey despite me not having dry skin. I'll see a doctor soon but is there anything that can be done in the meantime?

Does Retin-A or Tazoratene help with this? Exfoliating alleviated the symptoms but I can still feel the skin is different in those areas affected.

I read too about over-the-counter anti-fungal creams. Do you know any ones I could try out?

Thanks!

Using a retinoid on a dermatitis of unknown origin it usually not a good idea. In any case, you need to have a doctor to examine it.
