I am wondering if many male actors have some botox being done that allows the center of expression lines not to be affected but the outer ones being paralized. I see some actors who need to show expression that the sides of their forehead are wrinkle free but center shows the expression. Actors like Russel Crow. Is this possible?

It's possible. The paralysis will limited to the area surrounding the injection sites.

I wonder if some actors do this so they still have some "expression" left in their face to show emotion, but also look better.

When Botox is done well, IMHO, the client should have plenty of ability to have facial expressions.

Hey Mike,
Do you know if I use Botox often my face will have less wrinkles? It is rumoured that after use on crows feet many times, the skin looks worse..Is this fact or fiction?
Thanks

If you use Botox often, the underlying muscles will atrophy which will make the Botox appear to last longer (atrophic muscles don't move very well even without Botox). On the other hand, your skin will continue to age whether or not you use the Botox. The Botox does not increase the rate at which the skin ages.

Thanks..I just wonder after long use, it may make the skin fall/dag if the muscles no longer work..Do the muscles hold the skin up or just control them?
