Tip 1: Keep your face squeaky clean at all times -
First things first, keep your face clean. Excess oil, sweat and dirt are all contributing factors of acne and if you have been struggling with the skin issue all your life, you know it all too well. If you have oily skin, chances are you have been a victim of pimples in your life. Thus, to get rid of the pimples, you need to get rid of all the oil and grime. Wash your face with a mild foaming face wash twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening. Another way to make sure your skin isn’t covered in grime and dirt as you go about your day is to keep facial wipes with you. Whenever you feel oil on your skin, use the facial wipes to get every trace of oil and dirt off from your face. This will help keep acne-causing bacteria off of the skin and help prevent pimples.
Tip 2: Don’t pop or pick the pimple
What is the first thing that crosses your mind when you spot a new pimple on your face? To pop pimple and get over it right there and then, right? Allow us to tell you why this could be the worst thing you can do to your skin. Not only popping and picking a pimple leaves a permanent (or long-lasting) scar, but it also invites more pimples. That’s right. Popping pimples pushes back bacteria deep into your skin which results into an even worse acne situation. Plus, the marks it leaves are a pain to get rid of and can really bring your beauty game down. So, to prevent pimples and keep them from knocking on your door every once in a while, resist popping it next time and trust a proper acne treatment cream to treat them. This will ensure you eliminate pimples from your life without it leaving any mark and a chance of them knocking on door again.
Tip 3: Keep your skin hydrated
To get clear and spotless skin, it is really important to hydrate it in and out. Yes, we do not just mean hydrating your skin by drinking eight glasses of water. While that will give you healthy skin, keeping your skin moisturised is also equally important.
Tip 4: Keep your hands off
Picking and fiddling with your skin and pimples will do bad things to your skin. But did you know it is one of the reasons why your pimples keep coming back? Your hands carry bacteria, germs and grime which, when comes in contact with your skin, clogs pores, settles deep into them and causes acne, blackheads and what not.
So, to prevent pimples and to keep your face from becoming a zit city, keep the face-touching to a minimum. Also, the oil and sweat on your hands contribute to oil on your face which triggers oily skin problems, including acne. Use wipes to get the sweat off and to remove makeup. Of course, go ahead and scratch your nose, but only with clean hands. Don’t ever touch your face or any other acne-prone body part like neck or back with sweaty and grimy hands. Always wash them first or clean them with wipes before touching your face.
Tip 5: Swear by SPF
You know sunscreen can save your skin from dark spots, sunburn and rash, but it is also a must have product if your skin is prone to breakouts. Plus, if you have sensitive skin and you get acne very often, it is even more important for you to slather SPF on your skin (face, neck, back) before going out to prevent pimples. Free radicals from UV light can block your pores and develop pimples. Not just that, it damages your skin and can worsen your acne. To avoid this, always apply sunscreen with at least SPF30 to protect your skin from radical damage and prevent further development of pimples. Stick to an oil-free sunscreen with a lightweight formula that doesn’t weight down your skin or make it greasy. Get your hands on the Lakmé Sun Expert Ultra Matte SPF 50 PA+++ Lotion. It is ultra-light, non-sticky and is a mattifying sunscreen that protects your skin from 97% of harmful UVB rays without leaving it feeling oily or greasy.

Properly you have mentioned the tips to get rid of pimples. Pimples can affect anyone and at any age so it is important to wash or take care of the skin. Also, eat a nutritious diet that will keep your skin healthy. If you have oily skin or hair, wash your towels daily. And if you're having too much trouble, talk to a dermatologist. |

Very useful information. Thanks for sharing!
I had been following all-natural remedies to deal with my acne problems which I was suffering for many years. But the following remedies have really helped me and I am completely out of acnes.
Apply Aloe Vera sap to your face, let it dry, and rinse off.
Apply a face pack made of Sandalwood powder + Turmeric + Milk. Let it dry and Rinse off (the skin might look a tinge of yellow).
Apply neem leaves paste. Allow it to dry, and then wash it off.
I found these remedies in iahas.com and now I follow them for all my problems. Be it skin or any health issues. |
