So what is the conclusion about mixing DMAE & Matrixyl in one product? Do they really cancel each other out or what? What do you think Dr. D?

They shouldn't cancel each other in terms of putative mechanism of action or required pH, so it should likely be ok to mix. I can't say for sure without tests whether they interfere with each other's absorption, but considering, the very low effective concentration of Matrixyl, at least DMAE's effect should be unchanged.
