When doing a monthly/6 weekly 60% gylcolic peel is this enough exfoliant; is it better to do both a gylcolic peel and use a regular low strenght AHA cream? |

Actually, a 60% glycolic peel monthly even by itself may be too much for some people. (And also depending on how the peel is done - i.e. how long it is kept of the skin and so forth). Be careful, make sure you don't develop chronic skin irritation, dryness and/or senditivity which may happen due to overpeeling. |

Thank you, you are right, my skin has become very dry ( I was using the products as the seller recommended - this was before I got on your site and purchased all the skincare infopacks). Currently resting my skin. The AHA cream is in the bin, I will switch to 1-4 times a week sugar scrub.
How to use the glycolic peel? I would like to keep using it, it had improved my skin initially, perhaps on its own it will be okay. I could reduce the strength, frequency or duration. Is this an area you can advise on - would very much like your opinion. |

Are you doing this 60% peel on your own? This is generally not a good idea unless you are an expert. This is very high concentration -- it is too easy to do damage unless you really know what you are doing. They are many far safer things that you can try on your own. |

I would recommend a weekly peel but then with only 10% of clycolic peel. This is more gentle for your skin. |
