Im 36 y.o. with blonde hair and fair skin. I don't let myself get alot of sun, burn easy. I've been told I look like I'm still in my twenties, while most of the people I went to school with look terrible. What should I be doing for my skin to stay this way, and not have to try to repair things down the road? |

Good for you, BilllytheKid! I don't really have any professional advice for you but I can tell you what works for me. Staying out of the sun-- which is very hard for me coming from the South and loving the beach -- and drinking lots of water every day have kept my skin looking pretty healthy as well as regular moisturizer and sunscreen. RetinA is also great. As far as staying as young-looking later on down the road, as long as you're not smoking or drinking a lot of alcohol you'll still look good later. When age catches up to you, you could see about a facelift. |

Good job! My only recommendation would be to use a sunscreen whenever you are out in the sun. I try to do the same and I've found that it has kept my skin looking youthful - my dermatologist agrees! :) |
