Is there a safe way to repigment white scars or stretch marks to match your surrounding skin?

In other words, it would have to be a product/method that can "spot stimulate" melanin to repigment the scar/stretch mark.

Is there anything out there like this that is safe yet effective?

Probably not but what about 'permanent makeup' instead. As far as I understand it is like a colored tattoo, probably they can match the surrounding skin.

Stretch marks can also result from nutritional deficiency. Be sure to consume foods that promote skin health: foods rich in zinc,

You can always test your zinc levels with a product sold in health food stores call Zinc Status. It immediately indicates if you have a zinc deficiency, so there is no guesswork with supplementing zinc. All minerals must be balanced and should be done after consulting with a medical professional or after doing sufficient research on this and other minerals.
