| can you explain : the efficiency of the skin's own natural barrier is impaired if moisturizer are overused ? |

| So moisturizers may alter skin pH, thus disrupting skin's protective acid mantle and layer of sebum. But if you have dry skin, you natural barrier is likely already disrupted anyway. |

| I do have dry skin . but why if I have dry skin , the skin barrier is disrupted ? what is the remedy? |
