Raised Skin (not a scar...I think)

I have some raised skin under my right eye which I think I got when I used an aluminum oxide crystal solution which was far too harsh for that area.

It's not discolored however, but the texture is definitely abnormal...and raised.

It doesn't hurt either.

How could I fix this? I thought of using alpha hydroxy, but are there better alternatives?

I would see a dermatologist.
You should not experiment with skin near the eyes.
