Would it be safe for me to do a SkinCeuticals Gel Peel GL in my home myself?

If so, are there any precautions I should know about.

This product is highly acidic, so if there are errors in concentrations/application, skin damage may result. Unless you are an expert, DIY-ing may be too risky.
