Hello, I am 27 and am obsessed with finding the best route to preventing and getting rid of the wrinkles that are already forming. For the last 8 years I have always used some sort of treatment but never used very consistently(retinol, Olay regenerest, AHA cream, & microderm abrasion to name a few) but I want to know what is the tried and true best so I can stick with it.
My second question is whether the fact that I haven't stuck with the same regimen over the years means that I wasted time? Or did I still benefit my skin? I eat healthy, wear sunscreen and take vitamins but I can't seem to figure the skincare part out. Please let me know a good regimen that I can stick with from now on..THANK YOU!! |

I am SO glad that I"m not the only person with this obsession!!! I am 28, and since I was 19 I have always worn sunscreen under my makeup (as the moisturizer).....but I just read on this site that the chemicals in the ingredients make the sunscreen less effective!!! I feel like I just wasted my time and money all these years! I'm going to stick with this site to see how it all works out. Anyways....my family and friends have thought that I'm crazy for years....the way I'm always putting all that sunscreen on. I'm just glad I'm not the only person with this obsession. |

When people ask me what I would do differently if I could (skin care wise), I always say I would have used alot more sunscreen. Good for you that you are "obsessed" with sunscreen. When you're my age, you'll look much better because of it. |
