Hesperidin is suggested as an effective ingredient for under-eye lotions, it is not easy to dissolve.

'Hesperidin methyl chalcone' is a soluble form of Hesperidin.

My questions is: Is 'hesperidin methyl chalcone' the same as 'hesperidin methyl'?

What does the 'Chalcone' mean?

Chalcone is an organic molecule, which, apparently, is attached to hesperidin in hesperidin methyl chalcone.
