After 3 treatments with radiofrequency I noticed some fat loss under my eyes (on my cheeks). Now I have a dark red circle (like bruising) and kind of a bump above my cheeks. Could this be a damage caused by the radio frequency??

It is possible for radiofrequency to cause some fat loss.

thank you very much for your help.
Can you please tell me, is this kind of fat loss permanent, does the skin improve in time? What can I do? Do I have to use fillers and what kind of fillers will help most?

As far as I know, the data on long-term results of RF are still pretty limited. One would think that things like bruising and bumps may resolve on their own. Fat loss may be permanent though. Still you should probably wait for a while before doing anything until things settle. If then there's permanent fat loss, a filler could be one possibility to look into.
