Dr Tod
when I read " the powder will not dissolve immediately but will release its components " .....
centella asiatica does not dissolve completely . is it effective or does it just sit on the surface of the skin ? thank you . |

Hi, I also hope that Dr. T can answer that question, because I don't like to use alcohols.
However, at the moment I am using Centella and boswellia serrata dissolved in ethanol.
This abstract seems to suggest that it also dissolves in a nonionic surfactant.
I will try it with Polysorbate-80 and Propylene glycol this weekend. |
