Need help, don't know what to do

Up until I returned from vacation a month and some change ago, the skin on my face has been doing pretty well with minimal matience, but for some odd reason, not anymore. all these tiny lil bumps, like....really tiny but still visible(so I guess pores), just showed up, and the complexion isn't as even as it used to be.

Hard to describe but, my face feels smooth to the touch, but in a mirror, different story. I'm only 16 and I just found this odd.

not entirely sure on what to ask, but....if this sounds familiar to anyone, advide gladly accepted.

i don't know, do you think exfoliating will help or something, cause, I really don't want to have to start wearing make-up, never needed it before and don't want it now.

Can you provide any details on your current skincare regimen?

Are you a smoker?
What do you put on your face today? How often? What products (specifically)?
Past skincare problems?
DId your new problem accompany any major life event? (Weight loss, moving, new job, new school, illness, breakup, etc?) DOn't need specifics, but sometimes a new issue can arise from stress levels, hormones, new environment, etc...

With some background - there are lots of folks lurking around who can offer some great advice...

oh, well I'm not a smoker and I don't really use a lot of products, dove body wash would be the last thing, but my skins never acted up to stuff like that.

Don't really have any past skin problems, just currents ones, and.....it I noticed small changes while on vacation to cancun, got a minor sun burn, a pre sun burn actually.
