Peel Plus question 8% AHA BHA

hello,

I am a 40 yr old male with light olive skin. 2 1/2 months ago I used a product that was 8% BHA AHA on my face/forhead areas. My skin looks lighter compared to surrounding areas and just gets red instead of my normal easy tanning when I get in the sun. Is this a temporary side effect or permant one. I also developed red patches and blisters .

Some people may develop sun sensitivity after exfoliation. There is a good chance it may go away but you need to stay our of the sun or at least use very good broad sunblocks to allow there areas to recover.
