I find this liquid R- dihydro-lipoic acid ( liquid form ) .
other ingredients: gelatin, MCT oil, vitamin E, rosemary extract, ascorbyl palmitate.
is this liquid form ok ?

R-dihydro-lipoic acid is a less stable metabolite of R-lipoic acid. It oxidizes much more easily and, for that reason, may not be suitable for topical use. Until there are studies of its topical use, I can't tell you whether it is ok to use it or not.
