New here, weird problem!

Hi everyone

Im a 22 year old male and up until recently i have always had really good skin. Recently though, I seem to have become allergic to just about everything, which is a problem as i have dry skin. For example, even just dabbing cold water on my face makes it erupt in redness for some reason. And then I am left with severely dry skin after putting water on my face. To combat this dry skin i attempt to moisturise, and i have tried hundreds of them, but every time every moisturiser, no matter how gentle, not only fails to combat the dry skin, it also makes me break out in very visible blemishes and adds to the redness. So i was wondering if there is anything I can try/do, or if you think I should see a dermatoligist. My key problem is that my skin goes very dry and red, but moisturising it in anyway makes it go even more red. As it stands now I do not see a way out of this, because I cannot even use cold water on my face without looking like I have rosacea afterwards (which i dont!)

I really dont know whats causing your problem. i have extremely dry skin. i used to get rashes all over my skin. Drink lots of water daily. it helped to keep my skin hydrated. use a humidifier at home.it helped me.
I would suggest you to see a doctor.
