Question about pore reducers?

Hi,

I have black heads on my nose and cheeks. I was wondering should I get rid of the black heads before I use a pore reducer? If so, what do you recommend? I seem to have sensitive skin since I've had break outs when using some cleaning products before. Also, after I use the pore reducer is it like a one time deal or do I have to constantly keep using it to keep my pores small?

I just use biore pore strips every other day. It hurts a lot when peeling it off, but it does the job. i am still looking for a cleanser that can reduce it, so far haven't found a perfect one yet. So i use toner, an exfoliating scrub and gentle cleanser.
