I am interested in getting restylane injected in the undereye area
(don't quite have bags, just puffiness) because i have eye hollows - will it stretch my undereye skin and worsen puffiness since restylane attracts water? If i don't want it anymore will i end up with under eye bags or should i get blepharoplasty instead?

Restylane is not permanent, whatever the result is, it will disappear in 6 months at most so dont worry

The skin under the eyes is very thin. You would only need a tiny amount of Restylane to try to treat that area, but you will probably have to buy the whole syringe...there is no safe way to share the syringe with someone else. If you try it, ask if they will inject only a small amount, and then save the syringe for you (in a refrigerator) for a touch up a few week later.
