You recommend both amino acids Cysteine and Methionine for skin health. I'm wondering which is the more effective choice as a supplement, Acetyl L-Cysteine or L-Methionine?

It sounds to me as though it's Cysteine that is actually in skin and hair, but Methionine converts into Cysteine. So, which supplement would have better absorbtion and/or more effect on skin and hair?

For overall health, probably Acetyl L-Cysteine.
