1. Wash you face with soap that matches your skin type
2. Don't pick on pimples
3. If you use make up remove it as soon as you get home
4. Avoid applying creams if you don't have too. The less chemicals you use..the better.

I'm sorry the advice are all generic but we need more details to give more specific advice. :)
