|
|
It seems lately in the morning once in awhile I wake up I have a new red spot on my cheek area, they are about an eighth of an inch to a quarter of an inch round. I don't use anything in that area other than jojoba oil and sunscreen. What could be causing them, they don't go away they aren't pimples because they are flat, red and round, now I have 4 of them in the same area. What is causing this. :? |

You need to first determine accurately what they are. They sound like angiomas but you really need to see a dermatologist to determine what it is. |

It may be something else. Angioma is just one possibily. Also, if the spots sprang up overnight (did they?), they are most likely not angiomas. In any case, see a dermatologist.
About angiomas, see

Yes, they did spring up overnight. I just dont want them all over my face, So I guess ask a dermatologist.
I did use a tiny, tiny bit of 0.025%Renova a few weeks ago and that's when I got the first two and they also came up overnight after using the Renova. I haven't used Renova there since.
Thank you very much. :) |

tretinoin does not generally cause angiomas -- more typically it might cause dermatitis. but there is always a possibility of some very rare reaction, or just a rare coincidence. in any case, you should probably not use any skin care products until you've sorted this out
