I'm 38 and have never had any wrinkles until now. I have recently lost 60 pounds and I am a top heavy person so I lost a lot of fat in my face. I noticed that my skin was loose and was researching products to use. I guess I noticed the looseness too late. I woke up one morning about 2 months ago with a deep crease under each eye. I think it could have been from the way I was sleeping. From now on I will always sleep on my back.

I have been using Roc Protient lift for 4 weeks and have tried Loreal collagen filler. The collagen filler helps a little. Is there any product I can use to tighten my skin enough to get rid of the creases? If not is there any procedures like lasers that would help me? These creases really look terrible. I look like I have aged 10 years over night. When I wear makeup they really stand out. What would be the best thing for me to do? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Your creases are probably the so called tear troughs. Look at these pictures (add the w-w-w in front) to see if you really have tear troughs:

They are caused mainly by loss of fat in the lower eye lid. No current cosmetics product can reverse loss of fat. A temporary solution would be injecting Restylane (Hyaluronic acid) but it will be reabsorbed by the body in 6 months or Sculptra (Poly Lactic acid) but it is reabsorbed in 2 years. Permanent solutions would be fat transfer (fat holds very well there) or permanent filler like Silicone 1000 or AquaMid, all combined if necessary with lower eyelid surgery. The pics above combine lower eyelid surgery with fat transfer. In some cases only fat transfer will do. Talk to a good plastic surgeon.

Thanks for replying. I don't think I look like I have tear troughs. My eyes don't look sunk in. My face is still pretty full. I would take a pic to show you but my son dropped and broke my camera. If I barely press my finger beside my nose the creases smooth out. That's why I thought if I could find something that would tighten my eye skin it would work. My skin is really loose under my chin too. My skin is loose all over my body. I've been using Roc Protient to tighten my face but I can't tell that it has done anything. Is there any product that will really tighten my face?

I've heard that there are non invasive treatments you can have for eye wrinkles or to tighten your skin. When I try to research them it looks like different doctors do different procedures. It is confusing to me. I don't want to go to a doctor that doesn't do what I need and get something done that won't help me. Would thermage help eye creases or tighten that area? Thanks again for your help.
