I was fell in my face on July 1 while riding a moped on Block Island RI. I have traumatic tattoos (asphalt under my skin) and scars on one side of my face. I have had two laser treatments (pulse dye) and have seen some improvements. If anyone has had any success with Creme De La Mer or any other products PLEASE SHARE!

try vitamin E in capsules. buy the mixed tocopherols and tocotrenols kind and break open the capsule and apply the sticky gel onto your scars, 2 times a day. It's a slow process, but within a few months, you will see some noticable results. I've been using it on my scar that i had on face between my eye brows, and it really lightened up the appearance. It's also good for stretch marks. Don't buy the vitamin E in oil form, because it gets oxidized whenever you open the bottle. Make sure to buy it in gelcaps for maximum effectiveness. Also buying vitamin E with mixed tocopherols and tocotrenols includes all 8 aspects of vitamin E, which enhances its effect on the skin. Most vitamin E's only contain alpha tocopherol, which is only 1 of the 8 parts that make up vitamin E.
Hope this helps!

Hi! Check out the area concerning scars on the skin biology site. Just go to skinbiology with the usual before and afters and use the link at the upper right to find their boards. There is a whole area there on treating scarring. Copper peptides really help with this. Many people have removed scars by using them. On top you will also find links to several of their websites. The fist one deals with scarring. Good luck ;-)!
