Dr. Todorov: I've just started to body surf and was wondering if the ocean salt water could be damaging to my skin? I normally go to the beach after 3pm and would also like to know what is your recommendations on what type of sun screen is good for the skin?

UVA+UVB, waterproof if you swim. And reapply after you get out of the water because much of it will likely come off anyway.
