Hello!

I'm a 23 year old man with some skin problems under my eyes. I look pretty tired if you look under my eyes, but I sleep well and drink lots of water. See link for picture.

What do you think I can do to look healthier? Why do I look like that under eyes?

Kind regards
Diz

The pic is too big, too out of focus and I don't see any problems on it. Why do you think you look 'tired'? Dark circles or loss of volume below the eyes?

Ok, here is an other pic.
I am dark under the eyes sometimes, and I always looks "unhealthy" under eyes. If you look at the new pic you see that the skin is uneven with lots of small "dots". I hope you understand what I'm writing...

The dots are freckles and some people find those cute. They are overproduction of melanin as reaction to sun exposure.

You can try to erase them with hydroquinone which suppresses melanin production. Also wear a good sunscreen daily to prevent new ones from forming.

The darkness under the eyes is either melanin or blood vessels. If it's melanin, hydroquinone again. If it's blood vessels, lasers to destroy them or fat grafting there to hide them. The bood vessels there are genetics mainly and I've never seen a reliable report of solving the problem. You can always hyde them with makeup.

I don't think both problems have a significant impact on your attractiveness so I suggest stop bothering with them.

Dr. Perricone claims that Pycnogenol can lighten the skin. You may have to apply it topically and take it internally.
