does salicylic rejunvenate the same as aha's?

i read that aha's work from bottom/up on epidermsi.

does salicylic exfolaite from bottom/up of epidermis . does salcilyic do the same.

does 1-2% saliylic acid give same rejunventation as 8% aha?
