Can anyone suggest a good, non-irritating eye make-up remover?
I used to use baby oil b/c it was non-irritating until someone told me that baby oil can clog tear ducts. Is this valid? If so, what other product will remove eye make-up without irritating eyes & clogging tear ducts? Is there some do-it-yourself recipe from Dr. T. that I can try?
