Palomar 1540 Treatment Experiences??!!

Today I had the Palomar 1540 laser treatment on my face. My face was VERY red and swollen immediately after and then she had me sit in front of the Gentle Wave LED light. My face felt very hot then, but she assured me that it was fine and I was very normal in my reaction. She said she used a "58" setting for most of my face, but only "50" around my lips as that is more sensitive skin.

Currently my face looks splotchy, less red, but still feels slightly warm.
My goals were to lessen fine lines under my eyes, eliminate 2 hyperpigmented lesions, & smooth skin overall.

She scheduled me for microdermabrasion in 3 wks along with another Gentle Wave.

Has anybody else had this treatment with this particular laser and what were your results? Thanks for your help as I am slightly freaking out tonight.
