Paula's choice Skin Balancing Moisture Gel, $15 / 2oz:
www.cosmeticscop.com/shop/product.asp?CODE=PC340&PAGETYPE=S

I tested the product a few times and it made my skin look young, smooth, and NOT OILY - it is a typical MAKEUP effect of the SILICONES it contains. More testing is needed to actually evaluate the product but the ingredient list contains almost anything I've ever dreamed to put in a moisturizer for my oily sensitive skin.

More important ingredients:

- the silicones don't clog my pores (almost everything else does), ABSORB oil, fill in small wrinkles, MATTIFY OILY skin surface thus making your skin look young, beautiful and NOT OILY. On top of it the look is so natural that nobody could tell you have a cream on your face.

- Laminaria Saccharina (Seaweed) Extract has been claimed to control/supress the oil production of the oil glands on your face

- Hyaluronic acid keeps water to your skin

- licorice root extract calms irritated skin

- a host of antioxidants: Green Tea, Grape Seed, vit E, B3, C(Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate - fat soluble non irritable form), B5, Superoxide Dismutase

Full ingredients list:
Purified Water, Cyclopentasiloxane, Cyclomethicone (silicones/slip agents), Butylene Glycol, Glycerin, (slip and water-binding agents) Laminaria Saccharina (Seaweed) Extract (water-binding agent), Camellia Oleifera (Green Tea) Leaf Extract, Vitis Vinifera (Grape) Seed Extract (antioxidants), Triticum Vulgare (Wheat) Germ Oil (emollient plant oil/lubricant), Tocopherol Acetate (Vitamin E/antioxidant), Niacinamide (Vitamin B3/water-binding agent), Phenyl Trimethicone, Dimethicone, Bis-Phenylpropyl Dimethicone (all silicones/slip agents), Dipotassium Glycyrrhizate (licorice/anti-irritant), Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate (Vitamin C/antioxidant), Sodium Hyaluronate, Phospholipids (water-binding agents), Superoxide Dismutase (antioxidant), Isohexadecane (emulsifier), Panthenol (Vitamin B5/water-binding agent), Propylene Glycol (slip agent), Sodium Carbomer (gel-based thickener), Sodium Acrylate/Acryloyldimethyl Taurate Copolymer (film-forming/water-binding agent), Dimethicone/Vinyl Dimethicone Crosspolymer (silicone film-forming agent), Polysorbate 80 (thickener), Hydroxyethylcellulose(gel-based thickener), Diazolidinyl Urea, Methylparaben, Propylparaben (all preservatives).

Do you use that in addition to the Monistat?

No, I use it alone -the Skin Balancing Gel has a silicone base so it mattifies itself. Yet, I should say Monistat Powder Gel mattifies better so you can put it on top if you need extra drier matte finish. Monistat is more powdery, Skin Balancing Gel is more creamy since it contains extra oils in it.
