Hello everybody,
I am 26.
I had very bad pimples since 13, that remained till last year.
I had done every possible treatment but just couldn't go ...
From this January, it seems to have stopped ...
The problem now I am facing is ACNE SCARS
I am left with really bad , deep scars (becoz I used to squeeze pimples, don ask me why i was doing that! I am also asking to my self now )
Somebody suggested me to have any one of the following treatment:
1) Micro Needling
2) Fraxel Laser
which one should I go for, considering I am having very deep acne scars ??

I read acne.org often and from the info there the conclusions are
1. Needling is waste of time
2. Don't go for the old Fraxels (Erbium laser). Go for the new CO2 fractional resurfacing Fraxels like Fraxel:Repair. Don't expect 100% result and don't expect it earlier than 6 months after treatment. Expect to pay a few thousand $ for treatment. |

Hi..
You may try home remedies with aloe vera.
Just shred the aloe vera and rub to your face.
That's it. Very simple.
It's need couple time to get relief from acne scars, but it works if you consistent.

| There are many treatments for removing acne scars, but laser treatment is the most efficient way for removing the scars, as recently my cousin had same problem for scars and laser treatment worked for him. So, I would recommend laser removal treatment from a good clinic which serves this treatment. |

Since you have deep acne scars, I would suggest you to get an acne revision treatment with the help of a board certified facial plastic surgeon. You can go for laser resurfacing, surgical procedures or injectable filler to get a permanent solution for this problem. My friend was also suffering from deep acne scar problem and she had tried a number of skin care products and natural treatment methods to get rid of it. But nothing works for her and got an acne scar revision with the help of Dr. Philip Solomon, Toronto. Now, she is happy with the results. I think, laser skin resurfacing would be apt for you. |

The same thing happened with me, my friends call me ugly and I feel ashamed of it. But now I am free from every ACNE SCARS, thanks to till I London Dermatology Clinic. They have given me what i want.

Actually, nowadays there is a treatment which is using noninvasive transdermal techniques. It delivers medical CO2 which is harmless (FDA approved btw) to the body. This technique has demonstrated in strengthening the body’s natural healing foundation, which is awesome! |
