| There are several DIY formulas with vitamin C or derivatives, some with greater potential to irritate skin than others. The less irritating versions are more suitable for eye area skin. |

| I think it depends upon the product. Some products mention to not to use it nearby eyes. |

| Vitamin C is excellent and should be used liberally. It's important to get a very high quality, pharm-grade vit. C though. It's water soluble and our bodies use it up as the day goes on. I know several natural-leaning physicians that drink C mixed with water all day long. Excellent for health and skin. |
